This tenor has the original factory silver plating with no engraving. Sonically, it has nice projection with a full, medium bright sound As to the absence of engraving, Selmer often made horns for distribution in Europe without consideration for the American palate. On occasion, earlier model, French assembled VI's were manufactured without the "MARK VI" stamped on them; this one happens to have the model on it. There is some plating wear from regular use, and the only prior repair work is a replacement guard on the F# key. A new case will be included.
