  Don't underestimate the values of competition in the market place. Yanagisawa has released a Bronze bodied version of its 991 soprano. The 991 is a two necked (straight and curved) instrument with not only a high F# but also a high G conveniently located on its keyboard. It has a marvelously responsive touch and it's scale and pitch are as good as it gets. The 991 has incorporated features not found in either the Selmer or Yamaha, and has already made significant in-roads with the top echelon of Soprano players. with the Bronze body and necks , the word is that sonic quality is certainly enhanced.
