  The only competition to this horn was the SC-901 curved soprano sax, the brass version of this model. Bronze tends to add a fuller, richer spectrum of partials to the sound. For a serious soprano saxophone player, this and the SC-901 were (and still are) the curved sopranos worthy of consideration. Comfort, tonal clarity, scale, and craftsmanship are the trademarks of Yanagisawa and this SC-902 is a pure example of this. It outperforms the great sopranos of the past with better intonation and modern ergonomic design. When these were in production we sold every one that we were able to get our hands on. We now have one, in mint condition, that we are pleased to offer.
