  This one reaches back to 1937. It's former (and original) owner boasted a professional career with the top notch gigs of his day. At sometime in this horn's history it was relacquered. Regardless of the finish, this alto plays with an even scale and a lush tone that has very different quality than later Selmers. One might say it has a sweetness of sound that is somewhat spread. Although it's a player, we will most likely overhaul this fantastic alto prior to shipping. The original case, which accommodates a flute, is included.
