Manufactured in 1956. Original lacquer with the warmth and fullness of sound that only five-digit Mark VI's offer. This is a fantastic playing, darker sounding VI. It's free blowing with a pretty, high register and a great low end for subtones. Putting it in overdrive for a powerful fortissimo is no problem. Good pads with custom silver metal boosters. The horn is noce and straight with the normal dents and dings having been smoothed out.
