Manufactured in 1967. Original lacquer. This is a truly exciting horn. This year of production is widely considered to be the "golden age" of Mark VI altos. A player that knows the characteristics of this series will no doubt find this horn to be a perfect example of Selmer's best work. This alto takes a back seat to no horn in regard to it's response and quality of sound.
