  Manufactured in 1955. Short bowed model. Completely original throughout. What we have here is a horn that is just about as clean as they get. The worst thing that could be said about this beauty is that there are some minor scratches by the strap hook, some lacquer worn from the thumb hook and a dent was nicely smoothed out near the Eb guard on the bottom bow. This alto features the best of bost worlds; not only is it magnificent in it's aesthetics - it's even better as a player. You'd be hard pressed to find a horn of this vintage in finer condition. Original Chesterfield case included.
