From 1938. As I have been told this horn (in the hands of it's prior owner) played next to Coleman Hawkins, Ben Webster and Billie Holiday. I'll guess that there was more to tell, but the surviving daughter only shared what she was sure of. This is a great looking re-lacquer and will be overhauled to the specs of the new owner.
