Manufactured after 1994 and still brand new. LA Sax ownership has recently changed hands and this horn is the last series made by the original manufacturer. It is quite a formidable instrument when compared to the new LA Sax offerings (or any tenor at twice the price). The horn has a full sound and a lively response.The elegant "Impact Black Metallic" finish with polished gold lacquer keys is a head turner.
